| Herlev, 13th August 2003 Dear Customer, We are writing to you to inform you that two of the Nordic Region’s finest distributors will be joining forces to meet all of your Intel Product requirements. Santech Micro Group and Nordic Microtronica have joined forces in a combination that will translate into great customer service. The combined business will feature the entire Intel product offering including CPU-, Motherboard-, server- and networking products. A highly qualified team of people, supported by state-of-the-art computer systems will deliver all of your Intel needs. While we can serve your Intel needs immediately, the actual combination of these businesses is expected to occur in late summer. The detailed plans necessary for a smooth transition are currently being formulated. During the transition, uninterrupted service and keeping you informed are our top priorities. In the meantime, the Nordic Microtronica and SMG representatives are prepared to support all of your Intel product needs. All new orders and existing backlog will be shipped by each company per agreed requirements. Inventory will be closely managed to support your immediate needs.
